What we collect. This website is a corporate presence — we do not run a shop, account system, or marketing tracking on it. The only personal data we process is what you actively provide (e.g. when you email us) and what every web server records automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, browser and operating system. These server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a stable, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted or anonymised after a short retention period.
Email contact. If you contact us by email, the message and any data you include are processed solely to handle your request and any related follow-up communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are retained only for as long as needed for that purpose, plus any statutory retention period.
Hosting and infrastructure. This website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. (USA) and routed through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technical request data necessarily passes through these providers in order to deliver the page. Both companies are committed to GDPR-compliant data transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
No tracking, no advertising cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. No cookie banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@klickandsell.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
